CAN I PAY IN OTHER CURRENCY ASIDE FROM UNITED STATES DOLLAR?

All charges on heraxhero.com are processed in United States Dollar.

To get an idea of how much an item costs in your currency, you may change the drop-down currency option in the upper right while shopping. Upon checkout, you will also see the price estimated in the currency of your country according to the current exchange rate.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To quickly check the status of your order, please go to our Order Lookup page and enter your email address and, optionally, your order number.

I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR

IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED:

Since your order was already shipped, please wait for it to arrive and process the return/exchange here.

You may return/exchange items up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. The products must not be worn or washed and the tags still have to be on.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET SHIPPED:

Don’t worry about selecting the wrong size. If your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped, reach out to our customer service. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with your request.

Please note: Due to popular demand, items do sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee all items will be available.

THE ITEM I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK

We are constantly getting new sizes, styles, and items. If you like something but is already out of stock, you can choose to receive a restock alert.

Simply:

  1. Select the specific product, size or color you wish to purchase
  2. Click on the "Notify me when back in stock" button
  3. Enter your email address and follow the prompts

Once the item is restocked and available for purchase again, you will receive a notification email.


Returns, Exchange and Refunds

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS?

You may return/exchange items up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. The products must not be worn or washed and the tags still have to be on.

To process the return/exchange, simply:

  1. Go to our Returns/Exchange page
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select your return method
  4. Drop it in the mail
  5. We will take care of the rest and keep you updated in real time.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM - DOMESTIC ORDERS

You may return/exchange items up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. The products must not be worn or washed and the tags still have to be on.

To process the Return/Exchange, simply:

  1. Go to our Returns/Exchange page
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Note the item you received in error and provide as much information as possible including the original item you ordered
  4. Select your return method
  5. Drop it in the mail

Upon return merchandise authorization (RMA) approval, a shipping label will be sent via email. Once the returned item is received, we will check the items and update the RMA status in real-time. You will receive an email confirming we have received your package. We will then send you a store credit code that you can use to make a new order in replacement of the item you returned. Kindly note that the shipping fee for the new order will be covered by the customer.

Please note: We have NO control over mail delivery services. We can only update the status of your request once your package is received.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we do our best to make sure all orders are fulfilled and shipped correctly, occasionally mishaps do occur, which we apologize for.

For international orders, it is best that you contact our support team directly here.

I WANT TO REQUEST A REFUND

We give our best when it comes to pleasing you. Should a need for a refund arise, we will gladly assist you with the process. Please contact our customer support team and provide as much information as you can about your request.

You will be requested to send back the item before we could process the refund. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Kindly note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping and Delivery

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS and DHL.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULFILL AND SHIP ORDERS?

We do our best to ensure all orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner.

Our fulfillment time may vary during U.S. holidays and sales. In terms of shipping, it will depend on your location and courier of choice. Your order may arrive in as early as 2-3 business days.

Kindly note that some factors such as customs clearance or courier delay are beyond our control. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer support.

I GAVE THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address at checkout, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before your order ships out.

Additional notes:

  • If we are unable to generate a shipping label due to insufficient shipping information, we will reach out to further assist you in resolving the matter.
  • All returned packages due to invalid shipping information provided by the customer will pend until the customer provides an updated shipping address. We will notify the customer in such case. Additional shipping rates may apply.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order is fulfilled and ready for pick-up, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you are unable to receive both order and shipping confirmation emails, it is possible that the email address listed under your account is incorrect. Simply reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

NON - DELIVERED PACKAGE

In the event that your tracking status states your package successfully made its delivery, but you're unable to locate your package, we advise you to do the following:
  • Get in contact with your local postman or post office. Ask for further information regarding your package's whereabouts.
  • Ask your neighbors, it’s possible it was placed at the wrong door, unit, porch, etc.
  • Contact our customer service team and request to file a claim with the courier.
  • Submit a personal claim.

Please note:

HERA | HERO is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during the time of transit. Under all circumstances, the chosen courier is accountable for any and all packages that undergo their delivery services and care.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS TAX? IF SO, HOW MUCH?

Yes. The fee varies and is determined by each country and cannot be calculated in advance. However, we do all necessary means in order for you to avoid customs charges.
